Our marks

“Dhishuum” and the boxing-glove logo (together, the “marks”) are used by us to identify our website and services. We claim our rights in the marks under applicable law, including common-law rights arising from their use. Registration of the marks may be pursued in the future.

Permitted use

• Referring to the platform by name in news, reviews, commentary or when sharing a poll link.
• Showing a link to a Dhishuum poll together with its title.

Not permitted without written permission

• Using the marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with Dhishuum.
• Using a name or logo that is confusingly similar to ours for a website, app, business, social account or product.
• Altering, redrawing or combining the logo with other marks, or using it in a misleading, defamatory or offensive way.
• Registering a domain name, handle or company name containing “Dhishuum”.

Other people’s marks

Names, logos and brands that appear in polls, comments, news items and tags belong to their owners. Their appearance on Dhishuum does not imply any relationship with them. If you believe content on Dhishuuminfringes your trademark, tell us through the Help form (choose “Copyright or trademark”) with details of your mark and the content concerned.
