India's Supreme Court is hearing challenges to the real-money gaming ban. What outcome do you favour?

📍 India

The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 bans online real-money games nationwide and was enforced from 1 May 2026. A bench led by Chief Justice Surya Kant is hearing challenges, and a PIL flags about 2,000 apps allegedly operating despite the law (reports of 5 and 19 August 2026).
